Welcome, follow along with George Dutka in his journal which documents the additions and future thoughts for the HO scale White River Division model railroad and to his continuing historical New England railroad research. The White River Division is now in its 17th modeler's season. The "modeler's season" runs from November to April each year. Inspiration comes from the Boston and Maine, Rutland and Central Vermont Railway during the 1950's with additional posts by Don Janes and Peter Mumby.

Peel Ice & Fuel - Brampton, Ontario

I found this smaller ice house on the ex-CP line to Orangeville, Ont. just south of the diamond with the CN in Brampton, Ont. I thought it was kind of a neat little structure that one can model quite easily...George Dutka
Wow, does that ever bring back some memories!! Growing up in Brampton from 1979 to 1992, I use to bike or drive pass that place very regularly on my way to the Brampton CN/GO Station. Immediately south, across the street, is where the old CP Brampton station was situated.
The sign in itself is awesome. Neat!
