Woodstock Model Railroad Club

The Woodstock club models the area around town so of course they had to build a model of the CN-VIA station. One of the members had measured the structure which was used to build the model. Years later they found out that CN plans of the station can be found on-line. I thought they have done a great job emulating the station.

A couple of Sunday ago I visited the Woodstock which is located in a separate building at the fair ground were the train show was held. This is the first time visiting the layout since it was moved here almost 5 years ago. Next to the main layout there is a N scale layout, switching layout and an On30" shelf layout. It was nice to visit with some of the members that I have known for years. Larry Brinker gave me the grand tour and update on the club...George Dutka  

This mill is scratch-built but many of the structures are craftsman kits.

The club was easy to find with a number of signs out and about.
