All that is included in the kit. The dock decking is really nicely detailed.

I recently built an ITLA loading dock that will be used with a freight house I am working on. The loading dock took about an hour to assemble and another hour to weather...coffee breaks and distractions included. ITLA has a N scale version and I found this structure could work as a mill walkway between buildings in O scale...George Dutka

Completed and ready for weathering. The stairs took longer to assemble than the dock. Another option to the steps is a ladder which would take no time at all to add and is found on may docks.
