I thought I would do a few Throwbacks using Peter's photos and slides...so here we go!
Peter Mumby's elevated photos show you how these CV boxcar roof have rusted with time. I never actually noticed how much these car roof were effected by the weather. I believe Athearn has come out with a model for these cars already painted and lettered that might be fun to rust up...George Dutka

Boxcar photos with views of the roof are always helpful for weathering.
