Here is another project Peter Mumby and I completed this winter. Peter had a few of these hoppers undecorated which I painted Floquil grimy black. Peter also had a few sets of CDS dry transfers (N-560) which we applied to clear decal paper and applied to these cars. They both got a coat of flat finish and a dusting of Bragdon powders and PanPastels...George Dutka

Seen right out of the box...these two N scale hoppers actually have operating hatches. |

The painted and gloss coated hopper is ready for the dry transfers. It does not show but the CDS dry transfer lettering was transferred onto this decal paper by Peter. |
