New covered bridge for Bartonsville
The covered bridge that has graced many Rutland Ry. and Green Mountain photos was washed away during the heavy flood waters a couple of years ago. During 2012 the bridge was rebuilt and looks almost identical to the original. Today the new sign is to be hung marking the opening of the much needed crossing.
