All weathered and in use on the WRD.

Back at the Woodstock show 2023 I purchased Mark Yurek's Atlas S-2 DCC with sound. It had some weathering on it that was not great. It ran on the layout for a bit but needed some extra weathering done. This past week I finally got around to it. The handrails are touched up with Floquil grimy black. The white was flaking off so some Floquil where required. I was surprised the black paint was still good but the white had gone thick. They have been open jars that I have not used in a few years. I threw the white out once done.   

AK gouache old rust and grime was painted in some locations on the trucks. I highlighted the walkways with PanPastel neutral grey extra dark along with the trucks and filters. The exhaust stack area got gouache grime and PanPastel neutral grey extra dark to finish...George Dutka
