By Peter Mumby.

CP 3069, wearing the new golden beaver shield paint scheme, was on display at Quebec St. yard in London, Ontario on September 28, 1997.  Accompanying this GP38-2 was unit 5654 wearing StLH paintwork which at this time was a little over a year old.  The balance of the train consisted of business car Lacombe and ex-baggage cars 80 and 81.  These latter two cars were adorned with a smaller version of the beaver shield emblem.
