Throwback Thursday - Not Always White

London police car 48 was photographed at CN Rectory St.
By Peter Mumby.

If I was building a contemporary layout based on my locality, any police car models would be painted white.  This seems to be the standard current colour, regardless of the jurisdiction.  However, this was not always the case, as can be seen in today’s shots from the early 1990s featuring cars from the City of London and the Ontario Provincial Police.  Both photos were taken on April 08, 1990.

OPP car 2-559 posed for its portrait in Woodstock, Ontario.
