"I am pursuing the history of this car. I tried a rudimentary search of the internet and turned up nothing.
It
seems likely that it might have traveled between Maine, New Hampshire,
Vermont, Quebec and the Maritimes. The car looks like it was from the
1900-20 era. The road number does not show up on either the Maine
Central or CPR freight car rosters that I have seen; but I may have
missed something."
