Ingersoll Structures

Directly across from the VIA station is this mix of building that have changed a bit since they were serviced by rail. July 5 2023.

Our local model railroad group gathered at the VIA station in Ingersoll back in July for our monthly meeting. While catching up and waiting for the next train to pass the conversation changed to a row of structures across the tracks that were once serviced by CN. One of the structure has had some changes made to the rear door and the other attached structures were a mix of sidings. Who knows maybe one of our group will come up with a model of it...George Dutka

The loading door on this portion of the structure has changed with the brick wall being filled in with blocks. I am assuming the door size has changed also. This type of structure could make a nice looking model for any era.

A close up view from July 5, 2023.

To the east is another brick structure with a different roof line that also has a loading door. The vegetation is getting to the point of hiding the structure a bit. Another structure is attached at a different angle and is covered in siding.

Across from the Ingersoll station looking west is a group of structures once serviced by rail. These could make a neat backdrop for a layout.
