Copetown RPM Meet - March 3, 2018

The Weatherman's (Stephen Nichol) display of custom weathered engines in HO and N scale.
Yesterday I attended and presented a clinic at the Copetown RPM one day meet. The attendance appeared to be about the same as last year with about the same amount of displays. I brought along a display of my faded rolling stock and some of my drop-in scenic swaps to compliment my talk. There was a total of four clinics and following the afternoon door prize draws three layouts opened up in the Hamilton area. Unfortunately that was the wrong direction for me and I passed up the offers to visit. Once again your ticket for the day meet was also good for Sunday's Copetown train show. More on the clinics shortly...George Dutka

S Scale modules appear to be at least 30 feet long.

CPR stock pen.

Roger Chrysler's CPR display.

A look around the main hall at Copetown.

The dividing line between displays...Bob Fallowfield clowning around.

Bob Fallowfield's collection on display. We filled in meet tags that still reflected last year's event.
Some of the gang on lunch break.

ACR scratch-building on display by Chris Vander Heide

Model on display built by John Riddell. If the name sounds familiar John at one time did kit reviews for RMC.

  1. I have to confess, the CN banana was my doing. Messing with my pals.
